Great events - Halloween, trip to Connecticut, Elizabeth Brown's Birthday, and Alicia Halverson's Baptism

This last month has again be a series of great events. The month of October ended with a visit by Elizabeth, Kail, and Kalvin Brown in their Halloween costumes. On Thursday, October 30, Sandra and I were able to travel to West Hartford, Connecticut to visit Rick, Janae, and Wyatt Shamo. Sandra was able to take a new bedspread to Wyatt
West Hartford is the home of Noah Webster (of dictionary fame). We enjoyed learning about him during our visit.
One of the funnest part of the visit was being with Wyatt.
On Halloween, Sandra and Janae were able to prepare the pumpkins.

We had some great results.
Wyatt was prepared and ready to go trick-or-treat in his monkey outfit.
Rick and Janae were able to lead him around the neighborhood.
Wyatt was a big help with the letters and journal.
Sandra always volunteered to sit in the back seat with Wyatt.
We had the chance to see some of the remaining fall leaves, but missed the most beautiful scenes by about two weeks.
Janae has done a great deal of work getting her new house remodeled. Notice the new kitchen table.
November 3 was Janae's birthday. We were able to enjoy a celebration at the Cheesecake Factory.
A big project was working to get the kitchen painted.
We had a great time in West Hartford.
Here is a look at the outside of the beautiful home at 35 Foxridge Road.
They have a huge back yard with lots of leaves!

Another big event was Elizabeth's Brown's 6th birthday on November 7. She had a great celebration.
The final event of our week was the Baptism of Alicia Halverson.

We had a good group in attendance in Kaysville.
After the baptism, there was a great family party and dinner at the Halverson's new home in Kaysville.
We have a great life and many wonderful blessings.
